Mini Olympics Recount

In Team Awa we have been learning about the Olympic Games and using this in our maths.  In class we had our own mini Olympic games to help us explore measurement.   Here is a recount I wrote about this.

I have been learning about taking photos on an iPad.  We were learning about the rule of thirds.  The rule of thirds is where the focus is on the side not the middle.  We also got to look at different photos and see how different angles create different stories for the same subject (what we are taking a picture of).

I liked taking pictures of the red and green house flags and taking photos from different angles.  The picture I liked best is the green houses name because that is my house .

Ollie and I made a puppet show about lauguage features about nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs in the green screen room. Here is our work.

 This term we have been learning some new techniques for creating digital art pieces. Here is my artwork from this term. 

I like my pop art because it relates to NZ.

I like my kiwi texture because I was the one who taught everyone.

I learnt how to make cool pictures.
